Answers to common questions about using the E-mon exchange monitor: how to choose an exchanger, what rate and reserve mean, cashback, alerts, and other features.
What is the E-mon exchange monitor for?
E-mon is a free service for comparing e-currency and cryptocurrency exchange rates. Hundreds of exchangers operate on the market, each with its own rates, fees, and reserves. We aggregate up-to-date offers in one table so you can find the best option in seconds without manual searching.
The monitor does not charge a fee for the exchange — you pay only on the website of the exchanger you choose.
How do I make a profitable exchange via E-mon?
Select the currencies you want to give and receive on the home page or in the sidebar. The table will show exchangers for that pair — by default sorted by the best rate.
Make sure the exchanger has enough reserve for your amount; use the calculator on the exchange page if needed. Click an exchanger row to go to its website, create an order, and pay according to the service instructions.
Can I trust exchangers listed on the monitor?
Exchangers are reviewed before being added to the listing, and we monitor user reviews and complaints. However, each exchanger is an independent company: E-mon does not control its operations or hold your funds.
Before exchanging, we recommend reading reviews on the exchanger page and checking reserve and terms on its website.
Is E-mon a guarantor of exchange transactions?
No. E-mon is an information service: we show rates, reserves, and reviews, but we do not take part in settlements between you and the exchanger. You decide whether to exchange on your own.
If you need an escrow guarantor, use dedicated secure-deal services.
What is a currency reserve?
The reserve is the amount of currency an exchanger is ready to pay out right now. It is the maximum you can receive in a single operation from that service. After exchanges the reserve decreases and is replenished by the exchanger.
How does the calculator on the exchange page work?
On the exchange pair page, open the Calculator tab. Enter the amount you want to send or receive — the table recalculates rates for each exchanger including fees and limits.
Rows where the amount is below the minimum, above the maximum, or exceeds the reserve may appear inactive.
What are rate notifications for?
If there is no suitable rate or reserve now, set an alert on the exchange page: enter your email and the desired rate and/or minimum reserve. When a matching offer appears in the monitor, we will email you.
Alerts expire after a limited period — create a new one if needed.
What are favorite exchange pairs?
On the exchange page, signed-in users can add a currency pair to favorites. The list appears in the sidebar on the home page so you can quickly return to frequent exchanges.
What is a double exchange?
If there is no direct pair or it is unfavorable, you can exchange via an intermediate payment system in two steps. On the exchange pair page, open the Double exchange tab — it shows routes: source → transit → destination, with rates for each leg.
Why does the rate or reserve on the exchanger site differ from E-mon?
Rates and reserves are set by the exchanger; we update data regularly, but small differences are possible — for example if the rate changed between updates. Refresh both the monitor and the exchanger pages.
If the mismatch persists, contact us via contacts and we will check the data.
Why is the pair missing on the exchanger website?
Sometimes a pair is available only to registered users or is handled manually by an operator. Register on the exchanger site or contact its support.
If the pair is listed on the monitor but not actually available, let us know and we will contact the exchanger.
I entered wrong recipient details — what should I do?
Contact the exchanger support immediately via every channel available (chat, email, phone). If the payout has not been sent yet, the operator may cancel or correct the order.
E-mon does not have access to your payments and cannot cancel a transfer on its own.
I paid the order but did not receive funds — what should I do?
Automatic exchanges usually take a few minutes; manual ones take longer per the exchanger rules. Check the order status on its website and the service schedule.
If deadlines have passed, contact exchanger support. You can also write to us via contacts with the order number and exchanger domain.
What is E-mon cashback?
Cashback is a bonus for exchanging via the monitor partner links. Some exchangers are marked with special badges; after a successful exchange, a registered user can submit a request in the account area and receive a credit to the balance.
See the cashback page for full terms.
How do I check a crypto address for AML?
The menu includes AML address check — a service to assess blockchain address risk before exchanging. It helps you see in advance whether an exchanger might block a transaction due to high-risk labels.
The check is for reference only; the chosen exchanger makes the final decision.
How do I leave a review about an exchanger?
The exchanger page has a review form. Enter your order number, rate speed and support, and describe your experience. Reviews are moderated before publication.
Reviews help other users choose a reliable service.
How do I add an exchanger to the monitor?
Read the requirements on the add exchanger page and submit an application. You typically need automatic or semi-automatic operation, rate export (JSON/XML/TXT), sufficient reserve, and no fraud complaints.
After review we will contact you using the details provided.
