User agreement
This User Agreement (the «Agreement») governs the relationship between the website «E-mon» (the «Service») at https://e-mon.cc and any visitor (the «User») of this website.
1. General provisions
1.1. The subject of the Agreement is providing the User with information about electronic exchange offices and cash/e-currency exchange as set out herein.
1.2. Visiting any page of the Service means the User agrees to this Agreement and must follow the rules set by the Administration, whether or not the User has read them.
1.3. The Service may change the Agreement at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Service page «User agreement».
2. Service delivery
2.1. The User uses the Service website independently by accessing the relevant pages.
2.2. Any action on the Service website that involves providing an email means the User agrees to automatic registration with the provided data if not already registered.
2.2.1. Using the browser extension or posting an exchanger review with an order number means the User agrees to an automatic cashback request.
2.3. The Service may refuse service with or without stating a reason by email. In particular, the Service follows an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy against laundering criminal proceeds and terrorism financing. Reasonable AML suspicions lead to refusal of service.
2.4. Partial or full reuse of materials is allowed only with a direct search-engine-indexable hyperlink to the Service website. The hyperlink font size and color must not differ from the main style of the page where it is placed.
3. Liability
3.1. The Service is not liable for communication channel failures that affect the Service, or for losses the User incurred or could incur from using or not using the Service.
3.2. The Service is not liable for comments by Users or third parties, or for news, ads, publications and articles and their consequences. The Service opinion may differ from Users and third parties. Authors are solely responsible for their statements.
3.3. The Service is not liable for the availability or content of outbound links to other websites.
3.4. The Service is not liable for any damage related to loss, disclosure or theft (hacking) of credentials for the protected area of the website (the «Account»).
3.4.1. The Service is not liable for crypto exchanges listed on the website or for damage from using them.
3.4.2. Cashback is provided only if the User follows the detailed instructions, which also list denial cases. By using cashback and the browser extension the User agrees to the cashback rules; otherwise the User must not use them.
3.5. The Service may move, block, hide, modify or delete User messages without notice if they violate Service rules, netiquette, morals or the law of the User’s country.
3.6. The Service checks news, rates and similar materials as carefully as possible but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or objectivity.
3.7.1. The User should use Service data on exchange offices and prefer those with a clearly positive reputation. If data is insufficient (few or no reviews) or the User has doubts, we recommend a minimal test exchange and/or splitting the amount.
3.7.2. Responsibility for exchanges on an exchanger website lies solely with the exchanger owner. If the owner fails its own rules, the Service will help the User resolve the issue.
3.7.3. The Service shows rates strictly as provided by exchangers. If the rate on the exchanger site differs, the exchanger owner is responsible; the Service will help resolve it, up to removing the exchanger from the rating.
3.8. The User must follow netiquette, morals and the law of their country.
3.9. The User must keep Account credentials secret and not share them.
3.10. The User must not disrupt the Service by interfering with software/hardware or distorting parameters sent to the Service.
3.11. Multi-accounting in any form is prohibited.
5. Privacy policy
5.1. The privacy policy is set out in the «Privacy» section and is part of this Agreement.
6. Other terms
6.1. The Service is released from liability for full or partial non-performance due to force majeure: natural disasters, war, communication failures, legal changes or other extraordinary events beyond its control that directly affect the Service.
6.2. Claims are accepted electronically via the contact form in the «Contacts» section and reviewed within 10 business days.
