1. This section is part of the «User Agreement».
2. When visiting https://e-mon.cc, to improve service quality (affiliate program, personal settings, etc.), the Service may collect the User’s IP address, browser settings and cookies that may be passed to third parties whose codes are placed on the site (social plugins, ad networks, analytics, etc.).
3. Using the Service website without cookies is not possible. The User may refuse to visit the site if they do not want to use cookies.
