The service handles exchanges involving UAE dirhams (cash), US dollars (cash), and Russian rubles (cash or non-cash via Sberbank, T-Bank, and the Faster Payments System/SBP), as well as Tether (on the TRC20, ERC20, and BEP20 networks) and Bitcoin. For the primary exchange route—converting cash UAE dirhams into non-cash Russian rubles—there is a minimum threshold of approximately 44,800 rubles. Transactions are processed manually: once a request is submitted, a manager contacts the client to finalize the details and schedule an in-person meeting. Settlements take place upon the handover of cash, with no prepayment required. The service operates in Dubai and dozens of cities across Russia. A loyalty program is also available.
